While spring & summer are peak canning seasons for most, true preservers “put up” all year long. Even though outdoor farmers markets & roadside stands have packed up for the year, there are still plenty of fruits & vegetables ready to be processed. In this class, we’ll focus on the techniques & methods of “safe” water bath canning, following USDA home canning guidelines, with some of the seasonal goodness still available in GA & sample from this past spring & summer.
